An unaccompanied refugee boy in the care of SCF awaits repatriation to Rwanda at a children’s centre outside Kisangani. The boy witnessed the massacre in the Biaro camp, and along with hundreds of other unaccompanied children was brought from the forest to safety by SCF and UNICEF.
